Please note:

  • Customs clearance may cause delays

  • Additional fees may be applied by your local carrier

📦 Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives with missing items or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the package and packing slip

  • A clear description of the issue

Claims made after 7 days may not qualify for resolution.


🛑 Note on Packaging Damage:

We pack every order with care. However, if the external packaging is damaged during transit but the item inside is intact and functional, it will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

📬 Marked as Delivered but Not Received

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you haven’t received it:

  1. File a claim with the carrier and obtain a proof of loss or claim confirmation

  2. Forward the confirmation to us so we can assist

⚠️ Claims will not be accepted after 7 days from the marked delivery date.


📝 Order Modifications

Need to make changes to your order (e.g., quantity, address, or product)?

  • We accept modifications within 12 hours of placing your order

  • After 12 hours, the order may already be processing or shipped, and changes will no longer be possible


❌ Order Cancellations

To cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it.
After that, your order may already be in the shipping process and cannot be canceled.
