Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Onaevu, your satisfaction is our priority. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully before placing your order to understand how we handle returns, cancellations, and product issues.


🛑 Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem! You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

  • If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you'll receive a full refund.

  • If your order has already been processed and a tracking number has been issued, unfortunately, it can no longer be canceled.

🔁 30-Day Refund Guarantee

We offer a 30-day refund window from the day you receive your order.

Refunds are available only under the following conditions:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong item

Due to international warehouse logistics, we’re unable to offer refunds for reasons such as product preference or dissatisfaction with results.

Please note:

  • Requests made after 30 days of delivery will not be eligible.

  • We cannot issue refunds for reasons like “the product didn’t work for me” — as individual results may vary.


📦 Damaged or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, reach out to us within 7 days of delivery.

Send us an email at hello@onaevu.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

  • A short explanation of the issue

We’ll review your case and make it right as quickly as possible.


🚚 Replacements / Resending

We will gladly resend your item if:

  • It arrived damaged

  • You received the wrong product or size

  • The item is defective
